I taught term 1 at the Meeting place in South Fremantle this year. I currently have no classes planned for the future. In the meantime I’ve created a 15min audio class. I recently trained as a Total Barre instructor! Total Barre integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training, and is fully expandable and adaptable to any client base. Template-based segments allow me to modify and choreograph future workouts to any music or theme I want. Hip Hop Pilates anyone?
